All parts pictured are 5052 Aluminum and .090 thick except for the bearing retainer which is made out of .063

Assuming you are using hardened aluminum, what hardness of 5052 are you using? T3,T4,T6?

We use 5052-H32 for pretty much all of our laser cut parts, it is a pretty good middle of the road material in terms of cost, strength, and formability. This is also a material that our sponsors stock so it is readily available during build season. 5052 also has good weldablity although it was not a factor for these parts.
