 Overall, I thought FIRST did a great job with the rules this year - very simple and very clear for the most part. Something I've noticed, only because we ran into the same problem this year, is that you have effectively created a giant piece of C-channel. Moving those cross-braces down to form an I-beam shape or adding ones near the bottom should strengthen the design a bit. Just some thoughts, but I like where this is heading.
