FRC Robotics Workshop: Sat., Oct. 27 in Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan

Attention Michigan FIRST FRC teams:

• Do you have students/mentors on your team who would like to learn more about the different programming languages?
• Does your team want a crash course on electrical and/or mechanical basics?
• Are there juniors or seniors on your team that want to learn how to write killer college application essays?
• Do you have new students/mentors who would like to learn more about Kickoff and how to jump-start the build season?

If you answered “YES” to any of the above, you are in luck!

We are happy to announce that several West Michigan FIRST FRC Robotics teams have been working on assembling a 1-day workshop featuring sessions on the following topics:

• Kickoff and Brainstorming
• LabView
• Java
• C++
• CAD
• Drive System Fundamentals
• Pneumatics
• Manipulator Types
• Basic Electrical
• Game Strategy
• Scouting and Data Analysis
• Writing Strong College/Scholarship Application Essays

Presentations by the following teams: 107 R.O.B.O.T.I.C.S., 1918 NC Gears, 2054 TechVikes, 2767 Stryke Force, 2771 Code Red Robotics the Stray Dogs, 2959 CW Tech Robotarians, 4004 M.A.R.S., 4381 Twisted Devils
