VEX Robotics Problem
Our Robotics Team, Apache Genesis, has been having trouble with VEX Robotics. Thursday at 5 O'Clock in the afternoon, we ordered overnight shipping and the website said they will use FedEx. In the website it said that they work on Saturdays so our sponsor was awaiting a response from them. He did not receive a confirmation e-mail and as a result he e-mailed them back asking if they had received our order. They still did not reply. Our sponsor once again e-mailed them on Saturday and they still did not reply. We still don't have the tracking number for our shipment yet. Is there anyone from VEX that could help us or anything that we could do to make this ship faster?
