Jetson ROS Telemetry

I've been working on a small ROS package to provide telemetry (CPU loads, temperatures, power, etc.) as a set of topics.

https://github.com/carlosgj/FRC-Jetson-Telem

It's similar to e.g. ros-system-monitor, but focused specifically on the Jetson hardware. I'm developing it on my TX1, but I think it should work for TX2s as well (an exception may be the sysfs stuff required to get power rail information).

Suggestions/issues/pull requests are welcome.

Cool idea, I always thought it would be neat to make a CCSDS-formatted logger connected to the CAN bus.
