Rookie All Star winner assistance request (Team 6968)

This past weekend we had the pleasure of supporting Team Pi, 6968, from the Netherlands, while they competed along side us at the Arizona North Regional. We provided them access to our batteries, tools and materials. Believe me, these kids are a class act and never once were a burden to support.

The best part of supporting them was watching them win the Rookie All Star award.

They will be attending the World Championships in Detroit, while we will be attending in Houston.

Therefore, Team 2073 is asking the FIRST community, specifically those attending Worlds in Detroit, if anyone is able and willing to help support Team Pi.

If you can help in any way, please reply here, and send me a PM so we can help connect you with them.

Re: Rookie All Star winner assistance request (Team 6968)

I would encourage the team to reach out to 4481 first and foremost.

http://teamrembrandts.com/contact/

I've given a friend on their team a heads up as well.

Re: Rookie All Star winner assistance request (Team 6968)

So far we have 5 teams on-board with supporting Team Pi. This is extraordinary, but not surprising for the FIRST community!

We will be sharing emails with everyone shortly to make certain you can connect directly with Team Pi and with each other.

I don't want to stop requesting help for them, but I also want to make certain other teams in a similar situation have support available as well. So, at this point, I would like to thank Teams 4028, 5740, 226, and 1676 for your gracious offers! We will be contacting you directly and sharing contact info with you and Team Pi.

Anyone else willing to help out in Detroit, please keep an eye out for other teams that will need help. There will certainly be a few more.
