Luke,

How does your team get the stats out of the app, do you use a blue tooth printer or? How do you agrigate the stats for a report for thing such as alliance
selection?

The data currently doesn't leave the app. I'm working on Google Sheets support, but that isn't planned for 1.0.

Luke,

Thank you for your response and I look forward to seeing the update for this season. May I ask when you are estimating that to be released?

Any chance you could add an option to generate a csv or xls file from the master phone? That would make this app perfect for us since we use Excel to analyze data.

That's also on my todo list.

Re: Introducing my team's (in development) scouting app, ThunderScout

ThunderScout has been updated to the 2017 game, FIRST Steamworks!
This new version of the app supports everything the previous version did, with a few added improvements tucked in.

The app is still in BETA form- things are still being fixed, polished, and the app's dataset has still not been finalized. Please submit our feedback on this new version as I work towards a 1.0 release!

This update is now available on the Google Play Store and GitHub. The Play Store listing is also now publicly listed as an Early Release app!

EDIT: As is usually the case, I've already found a few bugs in this release. A Beta 2 will be released eventually.

Looking good so far! I would recommend a different way of counting teleop high goals than having to press a button for each one. It would probably work well to do it exactly the same as you have the low goals, which seems like a good system.

I've heard this from a few people, but am hesitant to make the change without more information on how matches actually play out.

1.0 Beta 2 is now available!

This beta release implements data sorting and a CSV export feature, as well as other UI-related fixes.

Rolling out now to Google Play and GitHub.

Google Play probably hasn't rolled out the update yet. I've seen it take anywhere from five minutes to six hours.

The beta is available to download on GitHub here.

EDIT: Update should be live on Google Play now.

The app looks great! Thanks again for making this available. The one important thing I think you're missing is gears dropped, in both teleop and aut.

Gears dropped? I personally think that would make the most sense to put that in the comments on a match. Thanks for pointing that out, though. I'll make sure to tell my scouts to take note of that

Re: Introducing my team's (in development) scouting app, ThunderScout

The official release will feature a new icon designed by fellow team member Andrew Fisher-Shin!

https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/g5...h1Q=w1920-h948 https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/G5...imM=w1920-h948

EDIT: That is not the final version of the icon.

Is there any update on the app or has it been completely released yet to be downloaded on a device?
