Pulling robot off ramp legal?

hey there Joe. I was wondering if like two years ago basically anything near the puck was legal, is anything near/taking place on top of the ramps legal?

EXAMPLE: Red robot is on top of blue's ramp, blocking blue from scoring the balls. In order to access the ramp, blue latches/grabs/hooks onto red and pulls them off the ramp onto the field next to the ramp. Is that legal or not? thanks.

There are hazards to parking on the ramp

Parking on the ramp has it's hazards. Notice that the rail is the same height as the high side of the ramp. With that in mind, is it legal to push another robot off the back of the ramp and off of the field. This would not be simple offensive tipping but a defensive self preservation manuver.

This game is becoming tougher every day.

Interaction of robots is expected. Robots on ramps are subject to the same rules as they are when their not on the ramps. They could get pushed off and end up out of bounds if they aren't careful! The possibility that a robot on the ramp could get interfered with is part of the game. We only ask that you drive carefully as this could easily turn into a pinning action. In that case the pinning rule will apply. Teams that have devices that can hook or grap opponents with the sole intent or main purpose to pull an opponent, will be judged the same way as a robot with a flipping device. If 2 robots get intertwined and accidentally pull one or the other over - will be left up to the judgement of the referees. Hope this clears the issue up.
