RobotPy in Future Years

Hello,
I wanted to know, is RobotPy guaranteed to be updated for the 2019 season? How about the years after 2019?

Thanks!

Re: RobotPy in Future Years

Guaranteed by whom? As they say in their documentation, "RobotPy is a community project and the tools we create are not officially supported by FIRST. "

There are some great people working on the project and keeping it updated, and it's been going strong for many years. I don't see that changing in the near future, however with any community-based project that's not supported by FIRST, you do run a risk of missing out or seeing delays on features and updates that come with the officially supported tools.

Re: RobotPy in Future Years

RobotPy will continue to exist and be updated as long as its community exists and there are people willing to do the necessary work. By being a part of that community, you can help ensure its continued existence!
