Jetson TX1 Blackscreen

Recently, I had updated a few things on the Jetson TX1 as prompted by Ubuntu. This ultimately had me end up with a faulty Firefox install. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and then also installing other browswers. The computer ran out of memory and was acting strangely when i was trying to compile files, so I decided to reboot it. When I went back to it, I was greeted by a black screen after the kernel messages in the startup. Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix this?

Re: Jetson TX1 Blackscreen

Any chance you are out of disk space?

A few years ago I ran into a similar problem with a TK1 (acting weird while compiling, rebooted, blackscreen) and it was because I was nearly out of disk space. Ends up they don't have very much built in

A bit of a shot in the dark but I figured I would post on the off chance it's the same problem.

I am indeed out of diskspace. Do I just need to free up some somewhere or..? I have a 32 GB SD card handy that I could possibly use. If you could tell me what I'd need to do that'd be great. Thanks in advance.
