Shuffleboard Crashing

My team is currently at a competition and we are having issue where Shuffleboard stops responding as soon as we plug in the FMS Ethernet. Does anybody know anything about this and potentially how to fix it?

Re: Shuffleboard Crashing

Things to try: remove graphs, turn off recording, restart it before you connect it. Grab the $HOME/shuffleboard/shuffleboard.log file when the problem happens (but before you restart Shuffleboard, as it’s overwrriten each run) and post it here. Since you’re at a competition, get a CSA to help!

Please post the contents of the log file at C:\Users\<username>\Shuffleboard\shuffleboard.log after connecting to the FMS

Re: Shuffleboard Crashing

Thank you all for your help.

We managed to figure out that our Shuffleboard configuration was corrupted. We deleted it and started from scratch. It now no longer crashes.

When you get a chance can you post the steps you took to delete and start from scratch. We may need to do that also.

Re: Shuffleboard Crashing

The save in located in your home folder/shuffleboard. I believe it is called shuffleboard.json. Just delete it and open Shuffleboard again. Now you should be able to add new widgets and save a new save file.

I also noticed that during my testing, cameras would lock up Shuffleboard for quite a while. If you wait it out though, they should eventually show up.

I hope this helps some other teams!
