Just want to confirm, those are actually the 2018 dates, not the 2017 dates correct?

Correct June 28-30th are 2018 dates. The website is reverting to backups and I need to figure out how to fix it, something to do with how we have it caching webpages.

There is a cluster of hotels to our west along Beltway 8, often refereed to as the Westchase area. Any of those should be reasonable used for business travelers mostly to the energy companies to the west.

Examples:
Hilton Garden Inn Houston Westbelt
6855 West Sam Houston Parkway South, Houston, TX

Extended Stay America - Houston - Westchase - Richmond
3200 West Sam Houston Parkway, Westchase, Houston, TX

We have looked into doing hotel blocks in the past but we never had enough demand to really make it work. If more teams are interested this year we can try again.

Question: can 1339 apply with a second team and robot? We would like to consider an off-season build for our rising sophomores and juniors. Thanks!

We haven't had room for 2nd robots in the past 3 years but we do normally have some teams sign up to be back up robots in case a team drops out to late for us to fill that spot.

Re: Texas Robotics Invitational 2018 - June 28-30th

I am considering applying for a volunteer role at the event, but I am unsure whether to fill out the application with my current status or with my status of the event. There are several questions that I will have different answers to by June 28th than I do today (I.e. “Are you a high school student”, etc.)

Should I fill out the application with current information or with information as of the event?
