It's WildStang. If there wasn't tie-dye in the frame, would you know who they are? /s (but also not)

This is incredible stuff. I forwarded this to some of the team members who are wanting to do more CAD stuff on 1293, so they can poke around. (Also annotated a few of the trick things in the screenshots, so they knew what to look for.)

Well hey, we had to make sure it fit!


For those wondering, we remade the inner plates of the WCP SS gearboxes to accept direct encoder mounting to the output shaft. The standard bearing block mounting holes on the inside plate are just BARELY peaking out from behind the Mini-CIMs. I'm not really sure why these are even on this plate as they seem to serve no purpose.

We also added bearing retention screws after (quickly) learning that what was supposed to be a press-fit for the inner output shaft bearing on the WCP plate wasn't actually a press fit.....
