Detroit bathrooms

It should be a crime how few bathrooms this convention center has. This has to be fixed next year.

I've never agreed with anything more. Not like they can fix it??? But honestly it's not great.

You know it's bad when the guys are complaining....

What's funny is that only one of the men's rooms is marked, so nobody knows it's there.

Pro-Tip: Most of the time the line was only for the crappers, the urinals were almost always open.

Re: Detroit bathrooms

The woman's room behind Curie had only one working soap dispenser. The rightmost two sinks had no soap dispenser at all (why???), and the middle one was broken.

Also, on Saturday half of the stalls ran out of toilet paper and no one came around to refill them.

Re: Detroit bathrooms

Most aspects of the Detroit event were very positive.
This one, sadly, was not.

... where's the load-in thread ???

Re: Detroit bathrooms

Maybe it's just me, but I was able to find restrooms without any lines pretty easily throughout the event. Maybe just lucky timing?

Now, as to the cleanliness state of said restrooms, I will agree they needed to be attended to far more often than they were.

Must've been lucky, or I was unlucky. I don't go to restroom a single time without waiting at least 10 minutes in line. One morning I went to every restroom I could find in the building... they all had lines out the door.
