Help with sample program code
We are entering tank drive sample into our last year cRIO and we get this error message:
Access denied: This target is running a version of Labview Real time that is different than the Real-Time Module software on the host computer. You can verify the version and reinstall the Real-Time software using Measurement and Automation Explorer. We have formatted the cRIO, installed all updates but still get the error. |

Re: Help with sample program code
We had the same problem, try to insert the update USB that has the Labview for this year and run it again. This might fix any old software that might be running. This is how we fix this problem. Let CD know if the problem is still now fixed.

Re: Help with sample program code
You said that you formatted, but did not say if you re-flashed the cRIO to any specific version. If it is still using the image from last year, this will cause issues.

Re: Help with sample program code
We did not reflash... just to be safe, is this how you reflash...
http://www.usfirst.org/sites/default...20System_2.pdf page 16 and 17 of the document from that link, in other words we reformat the cRIO. |

Re: Help with sample program code
Yes, you should use that procedure to load image v43 onto your cRIO.
