Connections issues

On one of our development laptops, we are unable to connect to the cRIO with the Imaging Tool and Labview, both programs are unable to locate the cRIO. Another laptop is connecting fine, and we have had no problems imaging or deploying code. Both computers have the 2012 version of Labview, with the latest FRC update packages. The network settings for the ethernet port (the interface we're connecting over for now, it's tethered) are identical, but only one of the laptops is able to connect. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn't fix it. Reboots of both the computer and the robot have also been unsuccessful. Does anyone know what else we can try?

Could it be that a firewall is blocking the FRC tools? That was our problem for the longest time.
