creating a .out library
What needs to be configured in WindRiver to create a .out library that can be uploaded to the robot, and be used like the other libraries on the bot? (like the CAN plugin, the FRCNetworkCommunications, and NIVision)
I am trying to write some code in C++ that can be used in Java (via JNA).
