Axis Camera Connection problem

We are using the 5V axis camera through the radio and are having difficulties. We are using a 4 slot cRio and have setup the camera for the radio (its ip is 10.20.68.11). When we first set up the camera it works fine, however when we re-boot the camera (by unplugging it or re-booting the robot) the camera fails to connect with the dashboard. We are still able to ping the camera, however when we try to launch the webpage for it or connect it to the dashboard it fails to connect. Does anyone know what the issue could be? Thanks
