LabVIEW doesn't want to shut down

Has anyone else had problems with LabView when it loads up? It will not load up the start screen, and when I go to shut it down, it goes back to the pre-loading list. I have to shut it down in task manager. It's really more of an annoyance than a problem, but if anyone has a solution that would be great.
