CRIO project problem

I downloaded Labview 2012 to my computer, then updated it to FRC. Then I tried to open a new cRIO project and it gave me ERROR 7:

someone know why is it happening to me? what should I do?
Thanks!

Re: CRIO project problem

The installation is corrupted.
Uninstalling/reinstalling usually works.

You can try Repair, but success that way is spotty.

Do you mean you installed it from the USB drive you received in the Kit of Parts? If you literally downloaded it from somewhere on the internet, you probably wouldn't have gotten all the FRC-specific stuff you need.
