Trouble saving WFA to STIMS

Our kids are having trouble saving their WFA submission on STIMS. All fields are filled correctly and when save button is clicked they get the following message:

error in the "awards circuit fbx_switch.inc file (or one of its components such as an included file or variable). error code: -9947

Error age variable "ID_awards_wfa_submissions" not found

Any Ideas?

That certainly looks like an internal error from their site to me.

I would contact frcteams@usfirst.org or give FIRST a call tomorrow morning. The good news is you are well ahead of the awards deadline so you've got time to get things sorted out.

Thanks for the heads up.
We are almost ready to enter ours as well.
We were able to load photos already at this point.
