Similar issue, due to a shortage of hubs from suppliers wound up buying large washers, drilling the wheel hole pattern in them, then welding on nuts to said washers, and doing a little reaming to rig up some homemade hubs. Not sure how it will turn out in the end, but they are steel! Off season we're going to figure out how to machine our own hubs, mounting plates, motor mounts, gear boxes, etc. reliance on vendors is too risky on this timeline.
