[Near Space Camera]

Hey guys. Our first regional has concluded and I was surfing the internet when i found this

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kAhaI...eature=related
Pretty crazy

(Sorry about not embedding the video, I couldnt figure it out)

But I really want to do this, It seems so incredibly cool.

I have a basic workshop in my garage (workbench, a drill, etc)

Im assembling a parts list now.

Does this seem cool to anyone else?

Re: [Near Space Camera]

I have a group of 4 students working on doing this. We'll be launching by the end of May, hopefully by the end of April.

Re: [Near Space Camera]

Super neat! The SEDS club at RPI sent one up that had 3 GoPros attached and there is a flash applet that lets you pan during the flight... basically as close to being a super high altitude balloonist as most of us will ever get. Pretty surreal stuff, hope your flight goes well!
