Balls getting stuck

I was watching some webcasts over the weekend, and saw multiple instances where balls would get jammed in the nets, both during autonomous and teleop.

How were these handled?
Was the team that scored the goals in autonomous, only to have them jam, awarded the bonus points?

What was the method to unjam the balls?

At the bae systems granite state regional this happend many times expecially when a team went up and dumped two balls into the net almost at the same time, however this was solved very nicely as there are field officials standing on both sides of the field near the ball return and they took this poll and simply touched the balls as they were in the net and they fell thourgh scoring wasnt a problem as it was done before hybrid was over.
