Dashv2.ocx dependency file now available

For those teams using Dashv2.ocx to create their own dashboard program...
The dashv2.ocx file has not been distributed with the dependency file, which allows the VB packaging and distribution wizard to automatically include the support files needed by the OCX. The dependency file is now available at the download site, linked to below. Simply download the file into your windows\system directory to install it.
