FIRST Theme Song.

I wonder if it would be cool to have a theme song every year. Whether it's composed theme song or a contemporary one. I mean isn't FIRST the biggest thing that happens in DisneyWorld? For that matter, are we not the biggest Robotic Competition in the world? Well, everything big deserves a theme song.

Maybe FIRST can have a suggestion box or submittal server where people can post songs (either composed or suggested.) Of course, it has to match the competition, the spirit of FIRST, ideals of FIRST, and the feeling one gets from FIRST.

Everything big deserves a theme song. (In most cases, anyway)

What do you think?

For all of you history buffs out there, anyone who was nationals in 1996 for Hexagon Havoc will remember the theme song that FIRST came up with that year, and the cheerleaders who sung it (various members of my team soon became obsessed with those cheerleaders). So a theme song is possible i guess. Good luck all,
Andy 'scratch' Grady, DWC/Alvirne HS, team 42

Yeah, I remember the song, but I do not recall the words...

Something like 'FIRST for the Future'

I Think so anyway...

Good idea, Anton. Its a good idea, but the question is 'is there enough time for FIRST to implement this?'. Nonetheless, its a very good idea.
