Hey! When we were in the semi-finals after our first match our program dissappeared. We had 3 teams helping us and it was gone! Then with the help of the great engineers at Ramtech team 59 we did a quick programming job and got it done. But we messed up with the steering and everything was backwards. So it ended up we lost and ended up in third. I an pretty sure that if we had the steering we would have gone against the Baxter alliance. Thanks a million Ramtech for all your great support and help. Also Spam (I forgot the Team # ) for all the great defense you demolished demo. squad and us in our first match.

Did this same problem occur to anyone else?

Andrew

P.S. SPAM AND RAM!!!

Program disappeared? Your program select jumper didn't get reset to Default, did it? If not, it sounds like your EEPROM might have failed, and you'll want to contact Innovation First to get it exchanged

We checked it and it was there. I went running from the stands to check it and it was right. I don't even think the default was there. Not sure about that. We probably will send it for a replacement if we can.

Thanks
Andrew

Check out the Innovation First Web site...they have information on returning items there...not quite sure how they'd handle it, since the current one is on your machine in a crate somewhere, but I talked to one of the guys from Innovation First at Great Lakes, and from what he said, you shouldn't have a problem.

Also, if anybody is having the connectors on the Spike Modules fall off, contact Innovation First to get an RMA and get them exchanged. We had this happen to one of ours, and after talking to Dave 'the man' from Innovation First, it turns out that they had some production problems with a batch of the Spikes.
