Once a bonus ball is placed on a goal, is a robot allowed hold it down to prevent another robot from taking it?

Re: [OCCRA]: [OCCRA]: Goaltending

There is nothing in the rules to prevent you from holding down a doubler ball that is placed on one of your own alliance's goals, but you will NOT be allowed to hold down a bonus ball over an opponent's goal since this action would violate GR19 regarding goaltending.
