Engineering Job Opportunity in PA / MI
The company that I work for is looking to hire an engineer to work on-site supporting one of our customers. The customer is a manufacturer of engines for small airplanes and helicopters and is located in central Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate can work 100% of the time at the customer facility in Pennsylvania. We are also willing to entertain candidates that alternate working 2 weeks in Plymouth, MI followed by two weeks at the customer facility.
The majority of the job is supporting engine dyno testing as well as calibration of the engine control system. Desired background includes knowledge of internal combustion engines, engine control, dyno testing, and calibration tools such as ATI Vision and ETAS Inca. Past engine calibration experience is helpful. Knowledge of DO-178 is a plus, but not required.
