Re: 2175 Safety Animation

Great video, smooth animation. Only advice, change the character color. They're wearing black glasses, and there is a lot of black piping in the background, so it is a little hard to differentiate.

inkspell4 will become famous soon enough
I agree with the previous post entirely and i enjoyed how even though the characters were flat they moved with such a flowing motion.

Re: 2175 Safety Animation

Yeah, I guess the environment does make it a little hard to see the characters. I think the computer I was editing on had the contrast turned up...

I think it's safe to say I was influenced by videos like this...

Re: 2175 Safety Animation

I also just finished a behind-the-scenes video today. Check it out if you're interested in seeing a little bit of how the animation was created!

hybrid_vision is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: 2175 Safety Animation

Liked this one a lot. The flat characters are a pretty nice contrast to conventional...block people, for lack of a better term, and the overall style is pretty nice. Clean, simple, nicely done.

And yes, I did guess that there was some Portal influence in there...almost the first thing it reminded me of.
