I would highly encourage you to start a new thread for each distinct question you have. It makes it easier for others to find the answers to questions to your questions, and makes it more likely that you'll get an answer.

That being said, please check out R3 of the game manual. There is a lot of new information on defining a frame perimeter for this year. R4 has the rules on extending in the starting configuration
