Pyramid angle discrepancy

I've been looking through the field drawings, and either I'm missing something or there's a mistake in the arena manual. Section 2.2.5 says the pyramid's angle is 68 degrees. However, both TE-13001-02 (Leg Support from the Team Drawings, page 3) and GE-13019 (Pyramid Leg Base from Game Specific Drawings, page 43) seem to say that the legs are at an angle of 60 degrees. I also checked GE-13020-02 (Gusset, page 49) and it seems to be designed for the pipe to be angled at 60 degrees. I'm just a humble programmer over here, so could someone else look at it and see what's wrong?
