Can Wind River and LabView be installed on the same computer?

Of course, they're 2 separate programs, and as long as you have hard drive space, you should be able to install them on the same machine.

They can. but you can only use one or the other with the robot at a time, unless you want to re-image your Crio every time you want to switch programs.
