This is a document "template" we created to help teams write a Business Plan for the FIRST competition.

The document contains guidelines and examples of a business plan, links to reference materials, suggestions and tips, and some information on Risk Identification and Risk Management.

Thanks to Team 4265, the Wildbots, for reviewing this and providing their feedback on the content and examples.

With all of the changes to Business Plan and Executive Summary submissions for 2014, we are doing a major revision to this planning document. It should be posted with a week.

Included with it will be some guidance on what a SWOT analysis is and how to complete on with your team.
