Kinect on Board
I know this thread has came up before, but it's hard to find a definitive answer.
We want to use the roborealm software that was included in the kit of parts. However, we aren't sure what hardware to use on the robot. Right now we are investigating using a single board windows computer to run this software. Does anyone have a recommendation for hardware?

Are you talking about camera hardware, or hardware for a laptop on the robot?
For the 2nd, I would recommend an SSD and a fairly nice (not super expensive, just not a super low-end one like the Atom on the classmate) processor. The SSD to withstand impacts, the processor to run processing at a useful speed without much lag.

Sorry- I wasn't very clear.
We are looking for a computer. We might have access to a Samsung Win8 tablet, we could just put it in a case on the robot. We also came across a company called Data Ltd that does a lot of mobile solutions. Just curious if anyone had experience in this or recommended a certain product.
