cRIO Imaging Issue

I tried re-imaging an 8-bay cRIO using my Windows 7 laptop with this year's Labview plus latest updates installed. Current version is v47. The imaging tool re-formatted the cRIO, set the IP address properly according to the team number, uploaded all the files, rebooted, and displayed a message that the cRIO was re-imaged successfully. But when the imaging tool re-scanned and re-discovered the cRIO, it did not display any status on the modules. Furthermore the cRIO would not communicate with the driver station. Got "No Robot Communication" but the "Robot" indicator i the diagnostic panel went green. The imaging tool did see the settings of the cRIO DIP switches.

I went on to re-image the cRIO from another Windows 7 PC desktop computer and everything went OK; modules were displayed as expected after re-imaging and the cRIO now communicates with the driver station. If I go back to the original laptop that gave me trouble, it now sees the installed modules, and I can deploy software using the "Run As Startup" menu item.

I was able to duplicate all of the above with two different cRIOs.

For now my workaround for this problem is to just use the desktop PC but I find it bothersome that the laptop does not re-image the cRIO correctly.

Any ideas?
