.138 is quite low. Just about any traditional high traction material, like nitrile tread, rubber, polycord, etc. should work. Prototype and experiment to find the best solution, and remember that intake geometry is as, or more, important than raw traction.
We've had success with VEX intake rollers, operating in a *unique* geometry.
