Can't Connect to Target cRIO

I've been trying to debug my cRIO through WindRiver. For some reason, I've been getting this error whenever I try to connect to the cRIO target. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2rpqihi&s=6

What does this mean, and how can I fix it?
