Encoder Alternatives
So - I've exhausted the search function and so I come to you, CD, for your great wisdom.
Considering that AndyMark seems out of their optical encoders, what would be a good alternative? Thanks |

Re: Encoder Alternatives
We've had success purchasing them straight from US Digital in the past:

Re: Encoder Alternatives
Agreed. US Digital is very responsive. Keep in mind they do not do any shipping on Friday, so take that into account when ordering. You can also easily get extra cables etc.

Re: Encoder Alternatives
Just did a search on Andy Mark. Check their Part Number am-0791 (in stock as of 1500 Hrs, 1/30). Nice (2) piece encoder kit that we've used in the past with good success.

Re: Encoder Alternatives
Take a look at this video of the order lifecycle from US Digital: http://www.usdigital.com/company/ordering Everything is assembled per order, so you don't have to worry about stock issues.
