Can one bumper be higher up than the rest of the bumpers?

ok thx one more question we want to use L brackets and mount it to the side of our robot. We are unsure if legal or unlegal.

OK, so they didn't actually answer with that. The question hasn't been asked. But, if you asked it, that is what they would answer. You're going to have to be a lot more specific.

If you're doing what I think you're doing and attaching an L angle to the back of the bumper, then bolting that to the frame, I don't see why it wouldn't be legal provided all other bumper rules are met.
