2363 System Integration testing
Here is a short video of some system integration testing of Genome Epsilon.
Minor problems seen in this video: - Oversized weld beads at pickup arm throat cause disks to catch. Weld beads need filed away. - Hopper out of round at the top causes bad stacking of top disks and misfire during rapid firing. Hopper to be replaced with different cylinder. - Backlash in shafting that controls pickup arm angle. Not a critical problem. Need to troubleshoot source. |

Re: 2363 System Integration testing
I really really like your hopper transition design. Frisbee angle is one of the trickier things to transition between, and this is an incredibly clean and effective way to solve the problem.
Is your shooter just two positions? Plans for climbing? -Mike |
