cRIO Imaging Problem

Our cRIO will not continue past the Rebooting stage in the cRIO Imaging process. It also does not detect the 3 modules in the cRIO.

Our IPs are correct, the wires are in the correct places, and getting power.

What should I do?

Re: cRIO Imaging Problem

Are you using a 4 or 8 slot cRIO?

And are you going through your wireless bridge, or are your communication wires going directly into the cRIO?

Re: cRIO Imaging Problem

We're using a 4 slot cRIO, and also wiring directly.

Re: cRIO Imaging Problem

Do you have the modules powered? Such as through the breakouts and the sidecar?

Re: cRIO Imaging Problem

You might want to try plugging in a serial cable and getting the boot up information. This will tell you weither or not it is actually rebooting, or if it is failing to do such. this should also display any errors you get.

Re: cRIO Imaging Problem

Attach a router or the new bridge between the cRIO and the computer. Sometimes the reformat will temporarily disconnect the computer and cRIO, and as a result some computers don't like it.
