The Application Notes are finally done (it is 1:00am on Tues. morning).
I know that there are errors and mistakes that will need to be fixed.
This will be handled through updates.
Stay tuned.
I also want to apologize for the length of the document. I wish that there could be a way make them shorter but there is a lot of important informatioin that needs to be communicated.
Note that these Notes are actually part of the official rules. Please read them as thoroughly as possible.
