Go to Post I happen to know that there is a back-order status from Exide. Seems for some reason people are ordering this product - Mike Martus [more]

Dont receive axis camera image in dashboard

We have configured our Axis Camera using the tool so it can be accessible on the Drive Station, but we cannot get any feedback from the camera.

The camera is configured to be accessible, and is on local IP 10.27.61.11 (team is 2761).

When camera is enabled on Dashboard, it indicates that data is being passed by telling us bandwidth used, but we get no image.

Also, when we access the camera via the IP, we can get an image, indicating that it is in fact working.

We have tried connect via both ethernet and wifi, and i have verified that only the 2013 dashboard is on the laptop... i know there were some issues when both the 2012 and 2013 were on at the same time.

Is there anything I might be forgetting, or are there any workarounds for a camera that won't connect?

Re: Dont receive axis camera image in dashboard

The default camera settings need too much bandwidth, so the video gets dropped.

Use the Dashboard camera controls to reduce the camera fps and resolution, while increasing compression and you should start seeing your video.
