Human player loading techniques

After seeing many reveal videos, it seems that not many teams are trying their best to cut out time at the loader station. Here's one technique to get 4 frisbees out in about a second; does anyone have any others?

Re: Human player loading techniques

I'll try and post a video, but my technique gets to about an average of 1.7 seconds and it consists of two discs on each arm, then I put the two on my right arm in, and then the two on my left. Hope this helps!

Re: Human player loading techniques

My team loads from a single station, and we have our human player put the first two frisbees through at the same time, then load the remaining two individually (we may be able to 2 sets of 2 at competition once we add a withholding allowance item).

Re: Human player loading techniques

We have been tossing around the idea of using a second human player on the alliance for queuing up sets of two to four disks and holding them a close reach from the loading slot, so the loading human player doesn't have to move very far to retrieve more discs.

Re: Human player loading techniques

Has anybody tried to put in discs too quickly after one another and gotten them stuck?

Yes, this happened to us. However, I think this really depends on how your hopper is set up. Ours is a basic ramp that drops into a stack, and as such if you put two at a time in, the first Frisbee gets stuck in the opening to the stack because the Frisbee behind it is pinning it against the wall.
