Track System Help Needed

Hello team 237 is building a frame to train future drivers on and we want to use a track system, we have a design and plans but we want to find an alternitive to using timing belts.we are looking for something 1' to 1 1/2' wide, plyable, 3/8' thick (at least),it has to be 70' to 80' long. If they come with acompaning pullies, please let me know (it would be helpful) If you could direct me to a website or parts company that would be great. Thank you,
