I don't think so. Without fouls is much harder to look up than total score, which is about all that would be available now.

840 was a full court shooter at CVR. Their alliance won the finals. Once they got their shooter lined up, it was all over for the opposition. They could pump frisbees out as fast as the human player could load them. One time, the 3 point goal got so full that frisbees piled up to the top of the lip and at least one fell out because of that. It was a wonder to behold as one frisbee after another sailed into the 3 point goal. They had scores as high as 147 with over 100 of them frisbee scores.
It seems to me that full court shooters are vulnerable to a shot blocker. The other alliance slapped one on one of their robots, but couldn't use it very effectively.

I remember a 150 vs. 120 match at Hatboro with Daisy's alliance beating MOE's.

Re: High Score

We were on the losing end of that 146 score at GSR! Even so our alliance got 123 points. 123 points and still lost!

I credit team 610 with a truly fine robot. It is going to influence our thinking for years to come! Good job guys. It was a pleasure.

Yes, our losing alliance did have a full court shooter that made shot after shot when it was properly tuned - team 1519. They accounted for lots of those 123 points.

Interestingly, the winning alliance at GSR did not have a 30 point hang.

Unless they manage to shoot at a very steep angle, I feel that full court shooters will very frequently get blocked throughout the weeks to come. Our opposing alliance's (4135, to be specific) sign worked rather well unless we went over and pushed them away, so it kind of requires two robots to shoot full court, in a way. However, a full court shooter plus a defender can still be superior to two normal shooters, I think we clocked 840's shoot speed as about 100 points in 40 seconds, and two robots putting up 50 points each in the same time frame is no easy feat.

Yeah, highest at HH was in Semifinals, Nemesis' alliance (2590, 341, 3123) vs. our alliance (365, 103, 2559), 150-120 with no fouls. They had 2 level 1 climbers, we had 1.

Interestingly the match still had a lot of defense (both 3123 and 2559 were playing full-on defensive) but there continued to be an incredible number of disks scored.

Re: High Score

The highest no foul score I can confirm is 158 points by the #1 seed at GSR Finals:

Quote:
#FRCNHMA TY E MC 19 RF 158 BF 49 RA 4124 3609 610 BA 61 175 172 RC 30 BC 20 RFP 0 BFP 6 RAS 34 BAS 18 RTS 94 BTS 5
610, 230 and 1922 in Match 12 was tweeted at 146 points and then corrected to 161 points when it was posted to FIRST. The FMS tweet indicated no fouls, but there's no way to know if the adjustment to 161 points included fouls or not because the FIRST website does not keep a record...

That match was simply fantastic to watch, and it is an encouraging indicator for what this game will look like as teams continue to work out their kinks and higher level strategies start to emerge. Had neither alliance played defense, we may have seen both alliances break 170.

Is this currently the highest combined match score? Highest without fouls?

Highest combined I believe is BAE SF1-2 157-123, but it had 12 combined foul points, so it is not the highest sans fouls.

Yes, we too (with you and 1519) were on that alliance, highest total score for the finals I believe, and we still lost! Great game though!
