It's actually well under 89lbs in this picture; this was before we finished up most of the pneumatics/electrical work.

Our pickup is effectively identical to 254's pickup. The front roller is over the top of the frisbee and pulls it in, and the bottom roller (spinning opposite to the front roller) kicks the frisbee up and pulls it into the conveyor. They've got plenty of matches you can watch to see how it works. |
