'Camera Get Image' What is it?

Hi,
I am obviously new to this forum and have regisitered as I have not found any other answers on the web to my query.

This forum was the only 'connection' to my search (Camera GetImage), so hopefully you don't mind me posting this here.

On my PC (bottom right corner near the time clock) I have a blue/white camera symbol.
When pointing over it it states "Camera Get Image" and I have no idea what it is or how it got there (but want it deleted as it seems to do nothing).

Double clicking on it does nothing.
Right clicking it shows "exit" (which take the symbol off until next restart) and "Still Image" which then shows many resolution sizes.

The symbol has been there for some months and I have search my PC looking for some program/folder etc that this is related to (but nothing).

I do attach a digital camera at time to get photos on PC (but way before this symbol showed) and also use Picasa3 for my photos.

Is anyone able to shed some light on this for me?
(and apologies if I have posted incorrectly here).
Thank You.
Doobie

oh well I tried - thanks for those that looked but as no suggestions/thoughts I might as well unsubscribe from this forum - it was worth a shot.
cheers all.
