Team Building
Posted by Brad Breedlove.
Student on team #45, Technokats, from Kokomo High School and Delphi Automotive Systems. Posted on 12/15/2000 9:22 AM MST I've noticed that there are alot of teams out there who have MAJOR team spirit. What kind of teambuilders, or activities do you guys do to get pumped for competitons? We are working on that kind of stuff this year, and our team has become alot closer than previous years. Brad |

Such as thinking games, cooperative games, and get-to-know each other games. Throughout the year, at complete random times, an adult or student will start a cheer. Also each year we try to think of new cheers. The good ones stick and the bad ones usually aren't remembered. Basically you just need to get the whole team in the cheer. Jason 'JDoggyDog' Trotter |
